Firewall Instructions

Instructions:

1. Click on the Start button and navigate through Programs and locate the Zone Labs folder.
2. Launch the ZoneAlarm program.
3. Click on the Program Control tab on the left side of the screen.
4. Click on the Programs tab on the top right side of the window.
5. Find "FXTS.exe" and "fxupdater.exe" (shown below).
6. Make sure you see green check marks Under Access, Server, and Send Mail. If you see "X" or "?", click on it, and change it to "ALLOW".
7. If you do not see FXTS.exe, click on "ADD" on the lower right hand side, and select C:\Program Files\Candleworks\TS\FXTS.exe
8. If you do not see "fxupdater.exe", click on "ADD" on the lower right hand side, and select C:\Program Files\Candleworks\TS\fxupdater.exe
9. Close the ZoneAlarm Program.
10. Log on to the FXCM Trading Station.
